Hey sis,

June is officially behind us, and as we step into July, I feel a deep pull in my spirit to slow down, let go, and trust God more deeply.

After finishing our 20-day "Praying Over Your Business" challenge, I sensed God saying, “It’s time to stop striving.”​

Stop pushing.
Stop forcing.
Stop trying to figure it all out.
And start letting Him do the heavy lifting.

Maybe you're in that in-between space too—where you're trying to steward the very things you once prayed for, but now you're struggling to pause and release. Where the tension between “rest” and “responsibility” feels so real.

My husband, baby, and I took a 14-hour road trip to New York to visit family and friends, and even with the change of scenery, I can still feel the pull of unfinished emails, follow-up calls, and unrecorded podcast episodes. And yet, God keeps whispering, “Be still. I’ve got this.”

If that’s you too, sis—I want to remind you:

The balance we’re seeking is found in moving at God’s pace, not our own.
It’s found in obeying the now word, not yesterday’s to-do list.
It’s found in flowing with Him, not ahead of Him.

Here are three simple ways you can press into that this week:

1. Journal – Write out what you sense God is saying in this season. Get honest and listen.
2. Breathe – Take just 3 minutes to pause, be still, and acknowledge His presence.
3. Ground yourself – Put your feet on solid ground, go outside, and remember that He is your firm foundation.

Most of all, stay connected to God through prayer, the Word, and community. You’re not in this alone.

Let July be the month where you flow, not force.
