Hey sis, Can I ask you something? What do you do when you know God gave you the vision… but the results aren’t matching the obedience? When you’re building, showing up, pitching, praying and still hearing no. When the bills don’t pause just because you’re in a faith season. When you start wondering if maybe you misunderstood Him. I’ve been sitting in that tension lately. Building something that feels bigger than me. Taking steps that stretch me. Doing the work. And still waiting for the breakthrough to meet me on the other side of my obedience. And in the middle of it, I felt the Lord gently ask me, “Who do you say I am?” Not who people on Instagram say He is. But right now, in this stretch, in this pressure, in this uncertainty… who do I say He is? Because the way we answer that question quietly shapes how we move publicly. If in your heart you believe He has forgotten you, you’ll build from anxiety. And that posture changes everything. Even if you never press play on the episode, I want you to sit with that question today. Before you pivot. Before you panic. Before you start over. Who do you say God is in your business right now? This week on Call Her Profitable Podcast, I’m sharing what this season has looked like for me behind the scenes and how this one question is anchoring me while I wait. If you’re in a season that feels slow, stretching, or uncertain, I recorded this with you in mind. You can listen to the episode below. I’m really glad we’re walking this journey together. Tune in below. With Love & Support, Odaisha |

Reader, We're officially in June. It's 10:30 pm as I write this. And I can't help but crave an unhurried, unrushed, simpler lifestyle. I'm still fresh off a 16-hour drive from New York to Milwaukee after an extended stay in New York for 2 months. I crammed a week's worth of work into 5 hours, and just finished reading Open the Barn Door for the 18th time (a little exaggeration here) to my baby girl. I am burnt out. As I reflect on what's on my plate, what needs to be taken off, safeguarded,...
Hey Reader, We’re already 5 months into the year… how are you really doing? I know I haven’t been in your inbox much lately. I’ve been deep in the weeds of building out this nonprofit agency, and if I’m honest, this season has stretched me. There have been multiple times where I came close to securing a government contract, only for it to fall through. And each time, I found myself going back to God asking Him to open the door, send the opportunity, or make a way. But recently, I felt the...
Hey Reader, I want to start doing something a little different. Every now and then, I just want to share a quick devotional with you something simple, something real, something that meets you right where you are in your journey with God. So here goes: A New Definition of Success “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” Romans 12:2 There are moments in this journey where things don’t look the way you expected them to. The progress feels slow. The...
