Happy Monday sis, I just got off the phone with my accountant, Matt—who’s been lovingly chasing me down for weeks to do a mid-year review. To be honest, I was avoiding him. I hadn’t hit the revenue goals I planned for this quarter, my books weren’t organized the way they should be, and I was carrying so much shame, guilt, and frustration around my business finances. But here’s the truth God reminded me of during that call: the overflow doesn’t come before we get our house in order—it comes after. And though I sometimes look at what I have right now as “a little,” Luke 16:10 reminds us: Those who are faithful with a little will be trusted with much. Sis, if God pulled back the curtain on the back end of my business these past few months, I can’t honestly say I was stewarding it faithfully. That realization stung, but it also freed me. Because it means I have the opportunity to do better. During my meeting with Matt, we reviewed my books and created a simple game plan to fix some organizational issues. It wasn’t about the numbers—it was about the habits and practices I need to put in place now so I’ll be ready for the future God is calling me into. And that’s why I’m reaching out to you today. Not because I want anything from you, but because I want God’s best for you. Don’t wait until the “big money” comes in to get serious about your finances. Start with what you have right now. Build the habits. Put the systems in place. Be faithful with the little so you’ll be ready for the much. And if you need help, I highly recommend my personal accountant, Matt. He’s practical, kind, and will walk you through the process step by step. You can reach him here 👉 Matt's Booking Link. Sis, hear my heart: this isn’t about perfection. It’s about preparation. Happy New Year, sis ✨ I know your inbox is probably overflowing with New Year offers and your mind may already be bombarded with new goals, habits, and things you feel pressure to change. Hey Reader, How are you? It’s been a while since I’ve shown up in your inbox, and life has been a little wild over here. My husband, baby, and I took a 14-hour drive from Milwaukee to New York to spend time with family. Our two-week trip somehow turned into almost a month!! And we’re squeezing in a Maryland stop to see one of my best friends. With all of that, I’ve been working part-time for a well-known ministry leader and continuing to build out this real estate program God put on my heart...
Hey Reader, It’s 4:28 a.m., my heart heavy and filled with urgency as I write this to you. I was in the middle of editing another newsletter when I stopped to read an article that said, “The Supreme Court temporarily freezes order requiring our current administration to provide full SNAP payments.” Now, I’m not one who’s into politics or much controversial talk, but when I read this, my heart was burdened. Isaiah 1:17 states, “Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the...
